About me

Warm, thoughtful support that honours your experience

I’m a registered psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and more than six years’ experience supporting people as a counsellor. All Seasons Counselling Services is my small private practice, where I provide online therapy to adults across Victoria.

I work from a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens, primarily with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, life transitions, and the emotional and practical challenges of parenting.

My therapeutic style is warm, curious, supportive and goal-oriented. I aim to create a safe and respectful space where you feel understood—and where change becomes possible.

I draw from evidence-based approaches according to your needs, preferences and goals. These may include CBT, ACT, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, relational work and other integrative practices.

I find deep meaning in this work and feel honoured to witness people reconnect with themselves and create positive, lasting change. Outside work, I love being outdoors and adventuring with my two children—experiences that keep me grounded in what matters most.

Professional psychological support from your own space

Online counselling, also known as telehealth therapy, allows you to access professional psychological support through secure video sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Sessions are held through Zoom, a widely used encrypted video platform. Online counselling offers the same warmth, care and evidence-based practice as in-person therapy, without the need to travel.

Common questions

Before your first session

Do I need a Mental Health Treatment Plan?

No. You can book privately without a referral. A Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP may allow you to claim a Medicare rebate.

What happens in the first session?

We will spend time understanding what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to change, and what kind of support is likely to suit you. You can ask questions and decide whether the approach feels right for you.

Is online counselling suitable for me?

Online counselling suits many adults who value privacy, convenience and avoiding travel. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space are helpful. Online counselling is not intended for emergencies or crisis support.

How do I book?

Appointments can be booked directly through Halaxy using the booking buttons on this page. You can also email Angela before booking.
